Training Program

Training is open entry, open exit, whereby students can enter training at any time. Just as there is no specific start time, training has no set course length. Students progress through training at their own pace, progressing only when they have shown competency in a particular area. In traditional training models, students graduate at the same time, though with varying skill levels. In the CET model of training, the skill level of trainees is constant, while course completion time is the variable.

Students are confident in their abilities, while employers are ensured quality workers.
