Skills Business and Customer Relations Associate
This course will provide fundamental knowledge of customer service, general office skills, and computer skills that are used in an office/sales environment. Upon completion, the student will have the working knowledge and skills to work at entry level positions as a sales representative, concierges, customer service representative, new account clerk, order clerk, hotel/motel and resort desk clerks, customer service representative, receptionist and information clerk, and adjustment clerk. Jobs for this training are available in private companies such as call centers, business offices, insurance agencies, and the hotel/motel industry.
