Hewlett Packard Company Donates Computer Equipment to the Sobrato, San Jose CET Center

May, 2003, SAN JOSE, CA. — On March 14, 2003, Hewlett Packard Company, (HP) donated over $50,000 in computer equipment to the Sobrato, San Jose CET Center, to better serve student training. The contribution letter stated:

"Hewlett Packard recognizes the responsibilities and the opportunities we have to help shape a better world. Technology can and should be a major agent for positive change. Our contributions are limited by available resources, not by our imagination. Our commitment to good corporate citizenship will help as many people as possible while earning loyalty and support from our many stakeholders."
