Hire a Graduate

	Our Philosophy CET's philosophy is that true success occurs when an individual is placed on a job. Students are encouraged to complete a full course of training which provide them with the skills they need for the job market. To be eligible for a CET Certificate of Graduation, a student must complete a minimum of (1) 60% of scheduled course hours and (2) complete all course competencies within 150% of the scheduled course hours.

At CET, time is the variable; achievement is the constant.

At CET, Certificates of Graduation are earned continuously. Emphasis is placed on continual evaluation and specific focus on competence in skills area. To measure progress, students are formally evaluated upon the completion of each competency combined with the hours of attendance completed.

Competence is demonstrated through written, oral, or performance demonstration, with a minimum passing score of 70%. Additionally, work habits, attitudes, and personal or family issues are also discussed and assessed with the student as necessary and appropriate.
