Contribution From Wells Fargo Bank
 CET is proud to announce a partnership with Wells Fargo Bank. Alex Torres, Community Development Officer for Wells Fargo, San Francisco Bay Region, visited the San Jose Sobrato Center to present CET with their initial financial contribution on January 23, 2003, and commented with enthusiasm, "Partnering with CET will enable us to offer our bilingual resources to the increasing number of Hispanics. As CET is a strong national community resource for those in need, we are hopeful that this partnership will help low-income populations become smarter consumers regarding banking services."
After hosting a Banking Seminar for CET students and community friends, at CET's Sobrato San Jose center, Pedro Castaneda, Director of Corporate Sponsorships expressed his excitement about CET's newest corporate sponsor, "CET is proud to partner with such a prestigious company, and I applaud Wells Fargo's commitment to extending its full range of services and resources to low-income communities, especially the Hispanic community. Wells Fargo is a strong financial institution, and we feel fortunate to have such meaningful support from this Spotlight Sponsor."
CET will use funding from Wells Fargo to support ongoing job skills training.
