CET's Oakland training facility is located at 8390 Capwell Drive, two blocks from Network Associates Stadium, home of the Oakland Raiders. It is strategically positioned in the Airport Business Park to conveniently serve our student clientele.

The entire facility has been developed as a diverse center consisting of community organizations, government agencies, and business offices. This CET branch facility, located in the midst of one of the highest density low-income neighborhoods in Oakland, has been successfully serving people in need for many years and is well suited for CET vocational and job-skills training.

The Center for Employment Training (CET) is one of the country’s largest, most effective employment training programs, focused on those who need help the most. A nonprofit organization, CET was established and headquartered in San Jose, CA in 1967 and has grown to a national network of 33 educational centers in 12 states. Working in joint venture with the private sector, CET has successfully trained and placed more than 100,000 people over the last 36 years.
