The Center for Employment Training is located at 701 Vine Street in downtown San Jose. The beautiful, historic two-story building was originally a Junior High School (Woodrow Wilson) that was closed in 1971 and purchased by CET in 1984, and has since undergone major renovation

Fine Print

All multi-purpose Room rentals will also include an extra charge to cover the expense of two San Jose police officers.

If renter selects to serve alcohol, a CET Bartender is required for an
extra charge to cover this expense.

A $500 deposit is due at the signing of the contract. The remaining
balance is payable no later than two weeks prior to the planned event
along with a $500 refundable damage deposit.

Three facility types:

Multi Purpose Room — 350 person seating capacity with dancing or a 400 seating capacity for non-dancing functions (kitchen adjacent).

Our parking can accommodate 150 cars with additional street parking located in the immediate neighborhood.

Rental Fees

Rental rates are for an 8 hour time period, ending at 12:00am midnight (subject to change at any time):
